Although I am now focused in the MSP contingent workforce space, I recently spent 3 years at a software development and digital marketing firm as VP, Client Services where I was involved in new business development, account management and worked closely with developers and project managers on a variety of technology projects.  However, I actually began my career in the staffing industry where I've held both recruiting and account management roles I partnered with companies to place both IT and Accounting & Finance candidates for direct-hire and contract roles.   I've worked for Fortune 500 companies as well as boutique staffing firms and recruited for positions ranging from mid-level to the C-suite.

Since my background is somewhat unique, I wanted to share my thoughts around the topics of talent acquisition, sales and technology.

A native Floridian, I grew up in Melbourne, FL and later moved 2 hours north where I attended the University of North Florida and graduated with a degree in Communications.  I currently live in sunny Jacksonville, FL with my wife and 2 energetic boys.

A few interesting facts about me:

• After graduating college, I became a "ski bum" for a season in beautiful Beaver Creek, Colorado.  

• I was an extra in a movie with Anthony Hopkins and Cuba Gooding Jr. where you can see me in the crowd for a whopping 1-2 seconds.

• I've built most of the items in my backyard including an outdoor bar, patio furniture, kids clubhouse, wood shed, and of course a bike ramp for the boys.
